Getting Started with Quarkus

Quarkus, a Kubernetes Java native framework developed by Red Hat, was designed for GraalVM and OpenJDK HotSpot. Quarkus leverages technologies such as MicroProfile, Hibernate, Netty and RESTEasy.

This session will provide an overview of Quarkus followed by demos on how to get started.

Meetings are held every second Tuesday of the month at the Dorothy Young Center for the Arts, Room 106, at Drew University starting promptly at 6:30pm. Meetings are open to the public, and visitors are encouraged to join ACGNJ.
